Stock Loss
Last year, retail crime cost UK companies £1.5 billion. We’ve worked with some of the top names in the high street and we know that theft can account for up to a staggering 5% of a company’s stock.
We’ve produced impactful programmes that have proven effective in helping reduce stock loss in retail stores.
How did we do that? Well, first, we identified a core problem: why should a member of staff care about stock loss – particulalry if they’re young and part-time or temporary?
Here’s what won’t work – some crusty bloke in a suit wagging his finger at the viewer saying that stock loss is bad and has a negative effect on the store group’s bottom line.
We’ve produced several powerful dramas for clients such as Debenhams, Selfridges and Top Shop that feature strong central characters and emotive storylines. Often they tell the story from the shoplifter’s perspective – making the shoplifter an antihero. The viewer get’s an insight into the tricks-of-the-trade, and realise how easy it is to deter a thief – and, as always, it’s all about the application of good customer service.
Our programmes are engaging, effective and pay for themselves!
